Hi, I’m Maria Ivonne—though many of my kiddos call me “Ivonne,” “Maria,” or simply “my friend.”💛

I’m a pediatric physical therapist specializing in helping little ones move and thrive here in beautiful Northwest Pennsylvania. I’m passionate about helping children build strength, confidence, and movement skills right where they feel most comfortable—in their homes or daycare environments—through play, connection, and everyday routines.

Along the way, I noticed that some kiddos needed extra support. Some didn’t qualify for Early Intervention but still needed help with their gross motor skills, while others benefited from more frequent or intensive therapy in a clinic setting. That’s where the idea for Zero to Five Therapy began 🌱—a place built to meet families where they are and support children in the ways they need most.
